U-Boat Limited Edition Watch - Blue Dial Markings, October 20, 2011 By This review is from: U-Boat Men's 6079 Limited Edition Classico Watch (Watch) I've had this watch since 29 April 2011, and the first thing I did was replace the band, which was difficult for me to manage with the clasp type closure. I added the regular black leather buckle-type strap, which works well and looks fine too. The reason I chose this watch is because of the look and the very large size. I was surprised that a watch this large and fairly heavy would be so comfortable to wear, even outdoors in the Summertime. This watch would be much heavier if the case were stainless steel or other such metal, but since it's titanium the weight is reasonable. Accuracy seems to be about 6 seconds per day long term, but some jewelers will accurize it further if that's a requirement. Prior to this watch I had a smaller U-Boat with white phosphorous dial markings, and that watch could sit in a dark bedroom from midnight until 6 am, and still be easily readable in the dark.
