Arrived well packaged and brand new as advertised. Came in a wooden TAG Heuer box with numbered/signed COSC card; plastic wrapping on caseback and around the deployment clasp - a good sign that it hasn't been worn before. The serial number was intact and unaltered as well.
Now, about the watch. This model is the first automatic chronometer capable of measuring 1/10th of a second, and was awarded with the prestigious Grand Prix de I'Horlogerie de Geneve award, among many others. The movement is the Zenith El Primero, and ticks at 36,000 VPH, the second smoothest of the TAG Heuer line - right behind the Calibre 360.
Construction is excellent and the contrast between the brushed and polished stainless steel is amazing in person. The rubber strap is also softer than the ones used for the Carrera Calibre 16 line, and matches the industrial design of this piece... Read more
